Iâm 70 years old. iâve been using Will Harlowâs videos since May, which have been invaluable in allowing me to self-heal from injuries, build mobility, strength, and endurance, and live pain-free. This book mirrors and consolidates the info in the videos, and I highly recommend it for its concise instructions and advice and clear illustrations/photos.If he werenât a physiotherapist, Will could have been a superb teacher. He clearly explains â in both the videos and this book â human anatomy and how/why the different exercises work. The explanations and demonstrations are easy to understand, simple to follow, and provide profound results in health, fitness, and quality of life.Will and his videos and books are godsends, for which I am profoundly grateful every minute of every day in which I can now move freely, easily, and without pain. I am only a few pages in and am excited to read the rest of this very helpful book on helping us through the aging process. This is easy to read and understand; written for the lay person! He is clear we will have to put in the effort but hey, this is better than not getting around, needing constant assistance, taking a handful of meds (with more side affects than the problem), surgeries and missing out on the best years of life. I will follow up when I finish. PS 74 yo, fairly active, love time with my grands and greats, traveling and enjoy life.

A Wealth of Information at a Bargain Price
This book is incredible. It is clear, concise, practical, and incomparably complete: the best manual Iâve seen on issues people face as years and bodily wear-and-tear accumulate. It isnât just therapeutic (I keyed in to my own area of need first)⦠itâs clearly a dose of prevention (and I look forward to reading the rest of it). His videos are exceptional and this condenses more into a tiny volume than imaginable. He has tweaked the organization and layout and also the contents from the first version⦠it really is even better and worth getting. I found the presentation notably improved. This could save vast amounts of money on consultations or certainly will make consultations you do need all the more efficient and cost effective. Either way itâs a treasure chest of real world practical knowledge, and giving a copy than friend may well be as good a way to bless someone you care about as anything I can think of. Itâs that unique and that good!
