    Stretching as a core activity
Stretching is underrated. I can see the difference it makes when I stretch at the end of my gym routine versus when I don’t, and Yigal Pinchas’ book has taken my understanding of flexibility to a whole new level. Before I read this book, I often overlooked stretching, thinking of it as something optional rather than essential. But after following the exercises and really applying the principles Dr. Pinchas outlines, I’ve noticed not only an improvement in my flexibility but also fewer aches and pains, and better performance in my workouts overall.

    Its helpful
“Start With Stretching” by Yigal Pinchas is a helpful book that explains why stretching is good for you and how to do it right. It includes many different stretches for all fitness levels with easy-to-follow instructions and pictures. The book highlights how stretching can improve health and athletic performance. It’s great for beginners and those with more experience, though some might find the detailed descriptions a bit long. Overall, it’s a useful guide for anyone wanting to get more flexible and avoid injuries.

    A great instruction manual
I love these kinds of books. They remind me to keep up with exercises, and I always learn something new. This particular book is about stretching. The author provided illustrations, which are extremely useful, and gave explanations as well. I think most of us have already done those stretching exercises, but I sometimes forget something, so it’s good to see them again. For those who never tried before, the book is a great instruction manual. Nonetheless, if anything hurts during stretching or you’re just not sure how to do something, talk to a professional. Just like the author, most people in the training world are happy to share their knowledge. The only flow of the book is that it’s not longer.

The author details the techniques for the different exercises in such a way that are easy to digest. This is not only a short term guide, but an anatomical manual for further understanding of the importance of stretch.

Who doesn’t need more stretching in their life?!
As someone who spent several years as a powerlifter I can tell you that stretching is super important to an overall healthy body. You know what many gym-goers don’t feel like doing though? Stretching! This book is perfect for anyone getting into working out and wanting to include stretching, but it’s also good for experienced gym-goers who may have forgotten about stretching or put it on the back burner. The graphics are very helpful for showing a start/end point and a mid point and there are stretches included for every body part with descriptions on how to but also what to avoid so you don’t injure yourself. Definitely a good read for everyone who wants to be a little healthier!
