    Its been an easy to follow read that offers some easy lifestyle changes that can help reduce or eliminate inflammation. I love that there are different dietary approaches to help and explains what inflammation is in very easy to understand terms.I’m looking forward to whatever book she brings out next!     First of all, great cover! It quickly caught my attention. As a runner, I’m sort of used to aches and pains, but a few years ago, I had an injury that would just not go away. I went to a doctor, had physiotherapy, changed my diet, etc., and I’m all better now, but the experience has made me want to understand inflammation more because I want to prevent it in the future. This book provides the basics I was looking for. One thing new for me (from this book) is lymphatic massage so that’s something I’m keen to try. Also, I appreciate the bonus that came with this book, as it’s very useful to me.
