Very thick!
Got these to laminate some important documents and was very please at how thick these sheets were. We were worried that it would not work with our laminating machine but it did! It went through the machine just fine on 5mil setting but edges seems like they needed more heat so we ran it through the machine once more and it worked perfectly with all the edges sealed tight. Highly recommend this to protect all those important documents.

Residue left behind
Check out this price⦠yes, it IS way less expensive than the competitor. And thereâs a good reason for it. I bought them both, and this one left a sticky residue in my machine. Lines on the laminated paper. Yes, you can clean it off, but i have a business and donât have time to clean each one. However, after about 10, it left my machine so messy it was impossible to get a clean lamination to come out. Then, it melted in my machine. Yep. After over 14k orders of laminated notebook covers, one finally got stuck, and I had to replace my entire lamination machine.These will leave residue behind on your rollers. If thatâs worth the price, great, buy it. But if you have a laminating business, get the other 10 mil pouches. They come clean. I had to return this pack. Yuck. And buy a new machine.

Perfect for what I wanted
I needed a heavier mill laminating pouch to post signs outside. This worked great and I’ve already used 35 / 100 pouches. Highly recommend.

Some of them are stained…
So the first I’ll say 5 laminating pouches had this black stain in the laminating pouch… inside it when you open it. It was just black powdery looking stuff, not a lot of it but definitely noticeable as soon as you open the pouch to put your paper in. I wasn’t sure of what it was so I didn’t wipe it off, just separated them from the rest. There were also a few with a tiny brown stain that appeared to be made INTO the lamination and the stain does show if you’re laminating a white document. I just hope the rest of the 100 don’t have these issues. Unsure that i’ll ever buy these again.
