    Good recipes
    I recently started a low carb diet and this book is what I needed! It seems like everything is loaded with carbs which makes it difficult to find things to eat sometimes. The recipes in this book was a huge help for me!

    Not great meal planning for a single person
    1) the pages are off in the meal planning2) not enough protein per day to meet my goals3) this would be decent meal planning for a family of four but otherwise making 4 servings of 4 different recipes per day according to the meal planning is way too much food and too time consuming to keep up with4) the lunch and dinners are not whole meals, sometimes it’s just a protein. There are no sides, there are no salads included on the meal planning
