Ice Lord Incognito by Ava Ross is the second book in her Monsters, PI series. This is a cozy mystery combined with a monster fated mate romance and a very HEA. As always, the characters are endearing, and the world building is phenomenal. The story is well told and filled with romance, spice, suspense, and fun mysteries within mysteries.

Ice Lord Incognito by Ava Ross is the second book in her Monsters, PI series. This is a cozy mystery combined with a monster fated mate romance and a very HEA. Melly’s grandma has been arrested for poisoning the punch at her group meeting! Melly needs help so she hires Ice Lord Elrik of Monsters PI to help her. They soon find themselves with multiple suspects and a strong attraction to each other. As always Ava Ross writes awesome characters that we love! Her world building is amazing! But her storylines are where she shines the brightest! This cozy mystery keep us guessing to the very end! Loved it!

Who knew icicles could be so fun!!
Being my first Ice Lord romance read⦠Iâd say Iâm pretty impressed. Who knew icicles could be so fun!! This was such a sweet (yet spicy) cozy monster romance read, as well as a great addition to the Monster P.I. Series. In this book we got to meet a cinnamon roll Ice Lord who was a little comical but still very protective. We also meet our FMC who is dealing with some inner trauma while trying to take care of those she loves. Overall, I adored the book. It was both sweet and spicy⦠and our couple definitely had one interesting mystery on their hands to solve!! Canât wait for the next book in the series to see what mystery Ava sends our way next!

9-30-24 Ice Lord Incognito by Ava RossI love this Monster’s PI series with its richly described characters and scenes. The mystery of who poisoned the members in the social club creates so many twists in this story. Every time I think I figured it out- nope I didn’t. I love the buildup of the attraction between Melly and Elrik as they work this cozy mystery. Oh the things the Ice Lord can do with ice. Whew.

Elrik wants a new start. He wants to keep his heart heart cold so he can never get hurt again. Although when he takes on case with Melly all that changes. His first counter with her his cold exterior starts to melt.Melly has to save her grandma. So she goes to the Monsters PI to see if they can help her find out who framed her grandma. Along the way she discovers many things one she is falling in love with Elrik. But will his past come back and destroy her future?I will be recommending this book to family and friends. Joy

Cute story
I enjoyed the story, but there was a problem. Consuming too much Xylitol will give you the trots, bad. It even a bad stomach ache, but I Never heard of it making someone vomit.
