Tall. Muscled. Tattooed. Shane King was seriously hot, and seriously not a good guy. He went by the name Ghost with his motorcycle club, and he was now their national vice president.

When Shane and his club arrived in town, they began doing favors for my family. I didn’t know why. I didn’t want to know. Favors came with strings attached. I didn’t want strings attaching me to the Red Demons.

Shane was a different beast, though. I should steer clear of him, except I couldn’t. He was everywhere, and he always looked like he wanted to tie me up in all sorts of strings.

A part of me wanted to let him. A part of me yearned to let him. But no. Shane might act like the hero, but he wasn’t. He was the villain. And I was about to learn that the strings that came with Shane……they would be my unraveling.

** This is a standalone motorcycle club romance.

Good read and enough thrill and intrigue to keep going. I hope there are more in this series, if not, I believe the Reds could become a good series. Well done.

I love Tijan and I love MC books there’s just something about this one that didn’t click.I was so excited for it because I thought it would have similar vibes to Canary and I think the intent was for it to be that way but it didn’t quite get there. The flow wasn’t as good and the story didn’t keep ya hooked throughout the same. The first part of the book had me hooked but I thought there was too much focus on her friends and their dynamic was very childish for their age tbh.I actually liked Ghost and I liked Kali as characters but I felt we never got to know their backstory enough. I LOVED that they were grown adults in mid-30s but I thought parts of their dynamic felt a bit all over and some of their behavior was a bit silly for ppl that age. There was potential to get more out of the characters like the talk of her wearing a mask but they didnt get into the backstory enough or it wasn’t ever fully explained. And his actual mask thing was a bit odd to be honest and served no real value add, but maybe that’s just me.I did enjoy the progression of her relationship with her sister. But I wish their progression was better because it was so instalove with no substance. The dad parts were adorable but a bit confusing as to how they added value to the story. Maybe just that she had support and was loved… unsure. And some parts dragged while others were just so rushed through even the epilogue felt a bit disjointed. Also, I wouldn’t say I like bringing in characters from past series for no reason constantly. It happened more than necessary and took away from this story.I didn’t dislike it, but it was just okay and I won’t be rushing to reread, which I’m bummed about.

Brilliant, I always love your books, sometimes i need to read them again straight away, because of all the details I might have missed. Some of your books I feel like I’m in them, others I watching from above, this one felt like I was watching from above to me.

What can I say about this book? It was kind of boring the first half, the interaction between Shane and Kali were limited. The conversations were almost nonexistent. Also I did not felt it between them. I love Tijan, maybe I expect to much. The last book was kind of the same, first kind of boring, that it got better, but still not memorable. The thing with the smashed phones was another thing, how does she has a new number but can call her das and her friend, who’s phone was also smashed, doesn’t she has a new number too? And she never told the story about her ex, what was the big story? What was the big secret? All in all all for me it was a good book, an MC book with some logical faults but not a typical Tijan book. If that makes sense.

    Five stars plus plus plus!!!!
Tijan has so hit it with this one. I believe it’s her first MC book and she did phenomenal! This is a must read. MUST. READ. It hooked me right from the start and did NOT let me go. It’s Kali and Shane. Ghost is his MC name. Wow…where to start. It’s got a lot. It’s got adventure, humor, awesome side characters. I mean, really awesome. Kali’s dad is one of them! He’s just so much fun and he is one of a kind. A great one of a kind! It’s got danger, drama and, of course, in amongst all of that, romance and spicy! Man! I can’t say enough about how awesome this book is. I love this book so much! And I just knew I would. I just a feeling. And I absolutely love the cover! AND! One of the best epilogues I’ve read in a long time. AND! It leaves it open for what I hope will be a series! I really hope so. One of my fav side characters is Boise. He is an MC member. He is truly awesome and deserves to have his own story. This is such an amazing book! I told you! I can’t say it enough.Plus a few other MC characters deserve to have stories too. So again, I really hope this will be a seriesPlease go read this!! You will NOT be disappointed. I know this will be a reread for me and I will reread it over and over. No doubt. Enjoy!

I was so excited for this book. The cover looked intriguing and the blurb sounded interesting. However, this book fell flat for me overall and it made me sad. I just couldn’t connect or get into the characters. It started off fast right to the point. InstaLove with the main characters I feel. No idea what the point of the phone conversations with dad were about. I thought he was going to be super important in the end… nope. Thought the brother was going to play a huge role as well since he’s the whole reason the main characters know each other. Nope. Many of the characters introduced I just didn’t understand the point.Still gave 3 stars because it had potential and I may be a harsh reviewer at times. Ghost sounded hot. Some of his crew sounded interesting and were funny. Kali had the potential to be a tough female lead. Fell a bit flat for me but potential was there. The main idea was good just lacked angst, world building, and detail.

    I Love Tijan
Let me start off by saying I’ve been reading Tijan’s books for so long and love love love the writing style used. Like you don’t have to do a whole lot of intensive thinking to read/ decipher/ imagine the story unfolding around you.I loved Kali’s character evolution. She was rightfully wary and valid in her decision making when it first came to Shane but at the same time he was asking ALOT of Kali while knowingly withholding something so huge from her.I felt Kali was strong, smart, and compassionate. I loved her friends (even tho she never spilled the tea to what’s his name and Aly and her ex!) it was great seeing Kali get her happy ending and Tijan’s storytelling made me raise the standard for boyfriends yet again. There was this one part, where Shane had mentioned how, Kali wasn’t as serious (in attraction) about him as he was her (just yet). And I found that to be so endearing— Shane came in knowing who he wanted to be with no doubts. And I love that. The cast were older and i feel like a lot of the bs (lack of emotional maturity) was skipped over because everyone was mostly in their 30’s — Claudia was something else. Ngl. But I am interested in seeing if Conner (Gloves) will have a story of his own. Did he come to the wedding?

    Bad boy biker, dangerous loyalties
I absolutely loved Frisco! But I have to admit, I might be a bit biased since I’ve been a Tijan fan for years. While it isn’t my all-time favorite Tijan book, it was fantastic nonetheless.Shane King, aka Ghost, is everything you’d expect from a Tijan hero—tall, muscled, tattooed, and oozing that bad boy vibe. The tension between Shane and the storyline had me hooked from the start. The gritty, intense atmosphere of the motorcycle club world was well-crafted, and Tijan’s signature style shone through in the character dynamics and the thrilling plot.Even though it’s not the top of my Tijan list, it still delivered on all the elements I love—complex characters, a gripping storyline, and that undeniable chemistry. Fans of Tijan and MC romances won’t be disappointed. It’s a solid read that kept me engaged until the very end!

    Woah what a ride!
A very unexpected and fast ride! ‘Ghost’ (Shane) is the man! He’s got the title, the bike, the club, and the skills to both plot a murder and how to get his woman at the same time. As always, I appreciate the kick-butt heroines that Tijan creates. Kali did not disappoint. She’s Shane’s perfect match… headstrong, tough, loyal, fierce. The two are complete fire from the beginning! I absolutely wouldn’t mind another round with these two to see what happens next. The story itself sets up a world full of outlaws with their own way of life who create their own rules. They live and die by their code and loyalty is everything. Lots of interesting characters are introduced so this won’t be the last we see of them. It can be hard to keep track of everyone, but I didn’t let it distract me too much. The story is just that good.
