The Age of Glass dawns, a fragile era balanced on the edge of oblivion. Will it shatter beneath the relentless hammer of fate?

From the depths of despair to the pinnacle of power, Matt’s ascension to Dungeon Lord has been a crucible of blood and terror. But the higher he climbs, the more precarious his perch becomes. As winter’s icy fingers close around his hard-won domain, Matt and his beleaguered allies yearn for respite. Instead, they face a nightmare beyond imagining.

The Coronaught infection sweeps through the land like wildfire, twisting human flesh into abominations that defy sanity. Grotesque mutations stalk the shadows, their hunger insatiable. In this maelstrom of horror, Matt must be more than a leader – he must become a legend.

With each agonizing decision, the weight of command threatens to crush his spirit. Can he salvage the humanity of the infected, or will the price of compassion be too steep? Nuclear fire looms on the horizon, a cleansing inferno that promises annihilation. How much of his soul will Matt sacrifice to shield his people from the coming storm?

In the bowels of the earth, Matt labors to transform his dungeon into an impregnable fortress. But in a world where loyalty shatters like spun sugar, yesterday’s allies may become tomorrow’s executioners. Survival exacts a terrible toll, paid in blood and betrayal.

Step carefully into the Age of Glass, where every triumph balances on a knife’s edge, and a single misstep can leave you bleeding in the dark.

10 reviews for Age of Glass: A Dungeon Core Dark LitRPG Adventure (Rise of Mankind Book 6)

  1. Scott Osmond

In this entry the dungeon and it’s minions begin to get things under control. Several mistakes mean that it is still a scramble both within the dungeon development and from external threats. The hive critters were quite horrifying as an oponent. A subplot that was ridiculous was the suitcase nukes. For a complicated piece of tech like a nuke to go off everything needs to work and yet even the military are terrified that they will go off at the drop of a hat? Even though it has been established that everything with microchips and electricity no longer work? They like all advanced human technology are bricks. I enjoy the characters interactions. They have to deal with difficult decisions not only on the strategic but moral level. Foreshadowing at the end suggest that things are only going to get more difficult for the characters.

So my anticipation for this series grows with every new instalment and quite frankly it hasn’t stopped yes with every author they have hit and miss but with this entry it builds up and explodes.Lite litrpgGore more of the dark r rated themeNot a haremBrilliant and determined author

Great little lit rpg. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and is entertaining start to finish. My one complaint is that it’s too short but let’s be honest that’s just my fast reading talking.

Matt never seems to get a break as he faces yet again more threats from local and regional enemies. With so many issues and so many of his own under danger, his next one may just be the last straw for the entire UKs survival. Just another day at the office expand/evolve/exist and maybe some good company with those he loves makes this a fascinating and involving read for any old or new fans. The world is also really expanding out on the magic side as we get even more hints about the future of the worlds survival and just how Matt may survive long enough to ensure humanity and it’s newest creatures survive the storm.

    Same recipe
Same recipe as the last 4 books. “Leadership argues about what to do next. Makes a plan. Sticks to it for 1 page. Bad guys attack who are better than the MC. MC lets bad guys go. MC changes build after deciding last page to do something else. Change dungeon plan again.Always out of mana during the fights

    just fantastic
This series is amazing. Just amazing by far and away the best in this genre.thank you for writing such a grand-scale world with amazing characters.

  7. Kindle Customer

    Filler-ish
Book is ok but felt a little filler. There is imo a problem in pacing as the largest middlenportion of the book was too long on one (irrelevant) enemy. Will continue the series but hope the quality will increase.

    The Best Book Yet!

    Wow
I could not put it down. This story continues to grow and details that is shows for each character and the action of the story is great. Jez has shown again he truly is a great storyteller!!

  10. S. J. Weeks

    onward and upward!
It’s book 6 in a great apocalyptic dungeon core action horror setting. The dungeon is starting to mature as is Matt. I really enjoyed getting to see the progress starting to pay off and some of the consequences of past choices starting to play out. Trying not to be too spoiler-y but there’s awesome action, creepy bad guys, and good jokes as expected from this series, what’s not to love!?
