Really great-looking recipes
I haven’t had a chance to try it, though the recipes look really good. I am definitely looking forward to trying some of them. It will be nice to get some recipes that have some flavor without actually doing more harm than good.

This book is more than just a cookbook. It it explains many aspects of fatty liver disease. there are tons of delicious and easy to make recipes. I highly recommend this book if you want a healthy liver.

Great info and recipes
I enjoyed reading this book bc it explained whst fatty liver disease is and how you can control/fix it by eating properly. It explains the “what, when and why” of eating specific foods as well as what to avoid. Then several chapters are devoted to healthy and tasty recipes. This book also includes sample meal plans to help individuals select appropriate choices. Overall I feel this book is very informative and helpful for anybody who may be suffering from fatty liver disease or those just trying to follow a healthier lifestyle.

This cookbook is an excellent resource for anyone with Fatty Liver Disease (or not! Great for all!) It is loaded with information to help you understand exactly what FLD is and what you can do to improve your health. There are recipes for seafood, breakfast foods, soups, poultry/meat, smoothies, desserts, and more! The first recipe I plan on trying is the Sweet Potato Chips!
