   Finicky but miraculous
   This stuff WORKS. However, it needs to be prepared and applied correctly or it’s useless. You HAVE to start with a completely clean, untouched base (if I use any kind of eye cream or moisturizer underneath it, it doesn’t do a darn thing.) But they do warn you about that in the instructions so it’s to be expected. I cleanse, then use a gentle toner (it MUST be oil-free) under the eyes and let it dry completely before applying.You then have to apply JUST the right amount (trial and error, but I’ve found that about a pea size dot is enough for both eyes), and start by gently swiping on the area and THEN patting. When I start out by just patting, it doesn’t work as well. And do NOT get it right underneath the eyes.. it will be crepe-city. This is designed to reduce bags, not fine lines. When I get it too close under my eyes where I have lines I’m horrified. It also definitely feels weird and tight but that’s to be expected.After applying, I’ve found that putting ANY kind of liquid/cream product on top of it (concealer, foundation, moisturizer) completely negates its effects. They say in the instructions that any kind of oil breaks down the tightening qualities and it’s true. So if you want to put makeup on top, it’s best to use some sort of lightweight powder. It does have a tint to it so I haven’t found the need for concealer when I’m wearing it.It definitely is fussy and finicky BUT it works so well I don’t mind. If you read the instructions they are very straightforward about how particular you have to be to get good results, so it’s not like they’re trying to trick you. Now that I’ve practiced with it a bunch, I’ll never be without it. I won’t use it every day because I do like to put eye cream on in the morning and can’t do that with this, so I save it for special occasions or extra-puffy days. It’s expensive but worth it for those days.

   Seems like a new formula that no longer works – inconsistent results
   I’ve used Westmore’s 60-Second Eye Effects Tinted Firming Gel for a year. That’s how long my first tube lasted. In the beginning, because it was so expensive ($45), I only used it for special occasions. Once I got the hang of applying it (and that DID take some time), I loved it so much that I wore it daily even if I wasn’t leaving the house. It was nice to see my face whenever I walked by a mirror! I finally ran out a month ago and was pleasantly surprised to see the price was $10 less. But the product doesn’t seem the same. I have struggled for a month now to achieve the results I’d had for a year and it’s as if I’ve forgotten how to apply it! NOTHING I do works. The bags & dark circles are still there. Don’t know if I’ve got a defective tube, but the product does not go on evenly. I’ve re-watched the vids, re-read the instructions, but it just looks blotchy & dry. There are rare occasions when it magically works again, but results are generally inconsistent. I’m looking for something new.

   Reduces Bags under eyes
   I have thyroid eye disease. Swelling and puffiness around the eyes is common. I tried other tightening products but this is the best. It lasts longer than other products I have tried and it does not flake. It has a tint to it like a concealer and smooths on nicely. I love it. Finally something that works well.

   Soothing eye serum
   This serum was soothing and didn’t crease. It didn’t fully live up to potential of tightening as much as I would have liked. However, I would buy again.

   Left in the pouring rain
   I wasn’t able to actually use this item as it was left in between my main door and screen door which didn’t latch due to the wind and rain. It arrived early in the morning and by the time I left for work later in the afternoon, the bag was soaked. The rain had made the box soft and mushy and it broke down the box.Being that it was an eye product, I was afraid it might have gotten contaminated out in the elements by laying at this side of the door in gravel and mud. It was not the deliverers fault as they placed it where it would have been secure. However due to the weather it fell out of the door and onto the ground exposed to high winds and pouring rain for hours.I will say this, for $40 the bottle looked extremely tiny so unless this product does absolute wonders and not much is needed, I doubt that I will re purchase. There are many other similar items out on the market that will temporarily tighten skin under the eyes for a cheaper price and a bigger amount.Most women who care about under eye bags wear makeup and most make up has some kind of oil in it. This product states that it cannot be used with make up containing any oil so why would a woman interested in hiding bags not wear makeup? That is the whole purpose of concealing them to wear out in public. This has never made any sense to me when the producers of these products make them! Make a product that hides dark circles and eye bags that is 100% compatible to use WITH MAKEUP! Otherwise it’s a complete waste for the majority of women.

   Can’t live without this!
   Here’s how it is best used. Put your eye cream on, then lightly tap this in using your finger or a makeup brush- then finish with Dior concealer. All you need is a small dot for each eye. It literally replaced under eye filler for me. It looks fantastic. My mom even noticed that I have no wrinkles under my eyes. It’s this product. I’m 49.

   garbage
   I was really hoping this would be the answer to my bags. But it doesn’t work. Getting the stuff on your skin is difficult because it sort of separates & trying to fill in the places it separates & just moves the stuff around — it doesn’t stay in place. Then when it dries, it’s crusty. The color is also very dark for my skin, so it’s very apparent on my face.Very disappointed.

   WORKS the best!!!!
   I decided to try NEW brand- this one is tinted and it’s perfect!!!It does best if you put ICE cube in a wash cloth and set on your eyes about 60 seconds each eye For puffiness to go down- then put this on CLEAN natural skin you will see how tight your eyes will look you literally use a pea size total !!! You dab it on ! DO NOT RUB IT IN!!Voila youth! lol- wait 2 min do your makeup routine!!love love love it!!!!!!
