Perfect for the whole family
My whole family loves the recipes in this cookbook. Even my kids are eating their vegetables! It’s great to know that we’re all eating healthy and nourishing meals. I canât always find organic food, but with a bit of meal prep and organization is getting easier. Buying in bulk also helps and the incredible food list bonus helped me out immensely in doing that.

Great recipes
 It is an excellent resource for those who want to save time creating a meal plan and a food list, as it already does for you. I liked the salad, vegetarian, and soup parts of the book. It helps me find and prepare food for the month without researching too much. The chapter about pickling was good; it was excellent that I had already gathered a few more vegetables to pickle. I already did it with cucumbers and some daikon; luckily, I bought a lot of gochujang when I made the Korean BBQ. I can make my kimchi better than store-bought. The base recipes are great for healing the body, and I highly recommend chicken broth. It helped my body recover.
