The Halloween night when Michael Myers returned isn’t over yet.
Michael manages to free himself from Laurie Strode’s (Jamie Lee Curtis) trap to resume his ritual bloodbath. As Laurie fights for her life from injuries from her last encounter with Michael, she inspires her daughter Karen (Judy Greer), granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak), and all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster. The vigilante mob then sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all.
Evil dies tonight.

I thought this was very exciting. I have now nearly collected the whole collection of Halloween and the next one when it is out, I shall have to buy to complete my whole collection. Everything about it was exciting even though Michael Myers keeps on getting up and surviving no matter what is done to him and usually I don’t like things like that; I like more logic than that, but this series was very good.

Halloween Kills Extended Cut (2021) region free Blu-ray with slipcover. The movie itself is a welcome addition to the Halloween story and follows on directly from the end of last one though itâs presented in very lacklustre packaging for such a beloved horror franchise. The product:This edition came with a slipcover which has a mat finish and the exact artwork as the inlay. The inlay is single sided (just white on the inside). The disc has artwork of Micheal Myers but no actual film title. Both Theatrical and extended versions are included on the one disc Inc an alternative ending.Theatrical Version: 1 hour 47 minsExtended Version: 1 hour 49 minsâ¢Audio: Dolby Atmos and in English only with optional Audio Description and subtitles.â¢Picture: Widescreen 16.9 / 2.39:1 which means there are large black bars top and bottom of the screen, it may be my player but picture Zooming is blocked so the picture cannot be enlarged to fill the screen.â¢Disc: Regions A,B and C. (Region free).Extras/bonus content minus commentary adds up to just over 36 mins. These range from 53 seconds to 11 mins each, they may as well have made it one bonus feature, Play All can be selected.Bonuses are extras so I should not look a gift-horse in the mouth but they are very minimal and edited annoyingly fast jumping from brief interviews to on set and behind the scenes footage with music layered over the top like they were made for quick time restrained TV slots.Commentary is by Director David Gordon Green, and stars Jamie Lee Curtis & Judy Greer and is worth a listen.Itâs a new film so picture and audio are top quality.Menu choices are in symbols at the bottom of the screen, choosing one puts the content to the right of the screen. The pop up menu is selectable while the film continues playing (small screen within the screen) but to change from Theatrical to Extended versions is not so easy without ejecting the disc as there is no Home or Main menu option among the selection symbols, which is frustrating if you pressed play on the wrong version. The movie:The mixture of new and original music, recreated sets and even cherished characters from 1978 make this a good sequel to see, Myers is ruthless and relentless providing expected and creative kills making it a fun ride, later on the film wonders off into the dangers and stupidity of mob mentality territory, with the chanting of âEvil dies tonightâ becoming tiresome and the grown up Tommy (babysat by Laurie Strode in 1978) running around like Rambo is quite comical and out of place.Hopefully Halloween Ends will feature a lot more Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis) whoâs presence is very minimal in this film, and and with more creative packaging used for physical releases, at the least a double sided inlay is not too much to ask for!

Perfekter Soundtrack. Viel gutes Retro-Feeling in groÃartiger Blu-Ray-Qualität. Klare Empfehlung.

There have been some disappointing sequels in the franchise..however..this is not one of them.A great beginning of the end of a true legacy.A must see for any Halloween fan for sure..and a have to see for any true horror cult classic fan.

Terrible
Ruined the franchise. Not scary with a dumb story.
