This is the second book I read by Kyra and I was totally hooked on it. I mean whoa wildest of imaginations and all I could think of when will I find a guy who would turn down a beautiful woman trying to kiss him just because he is madly in love with someone knowing for a fact that he opposed the idea of romance altogether. Sheesh this story was fine asf. I mean tbh in the world full of situationship and open marriages and lack of loyalty this is what I seek , it’s not too much to be asked for , in any sort of gender roles in a relationship it’s just the basic requirement of love and still being a big deal is that someone is being loyal and so madly in love with you. Maybe in real life we get it or not. At least we get to live it through the amazing books – that Kyra and the writers like her write for us.

Okay, Iâve read all of her books now and the second one of this seriesâ¦Iâm in love with Toebeans. Everyone I tell about the name just doesnât get the joke, even mentioning his Spidey blanket, but I was howling with laughter in the first book⦠The little cuddle s*** with a cardboard castle. I know, heâs just a side character but I love the way heâs the key to Jamieâs heart (as it should be – heâs the man, after all). The story is witty and cute and heartfelt and just a swoonishly wonderful read. Jackson and Jamieâs story deserves to be read. Itâs a cosy read and I canât wait for more from Kyra.Iâm absolutely looking forward to the third book in this series! An author Iâm definitely going to add to my feel-good-reads list.

I read this over a week ago and I still canât stop thinking about it.It was funny, witty, charming, real, attention grabbing, absolutely amazing writing with a gorgeous story to boot. Holy crap. I love love love Jackson. He is so dreamy and possessive and kind and sweet and so freaking precious I just canât even.And how Jamie is with himâ¦UGH MY HEART, PEOPLE!!!!! Her monologue telling him he is loved and seen and special and smart was just gorgeous. This book! I didn’t think I would love it as much as I did, but I’m obsessed. I’ve read multiple books like this, but this one was just done in a way that hit harder for me. It was sweet, so funny, and heartwrenching all rolled into one. I absolutely adored watching Jackson begin to like and trust Jamie when he’s never had that before. Seeing Jamie unbend and realize first impressions can be deceitful and start to see who Jackson really was… ugh, I was absolutely feral for these two!!I feel like I just wanted more of this story because I just gobbled it up. This book was a bit of a slowburn in some ways, and then it was lit on fire at the end. I wish the ending didn’t quite go as fast as it did, but I loved the book regardless. This book is light and fluffy (for the most part, there are a couple of TWs, so please check those out before reading). This is the perfect book to get you out of a book slump! Donât let the cartoon cover deceive you, because the books is not what I expected.The book was fast paced especially with the staff who work in the mmc household, they were alone entertaining and fun to try to catch up to themThere are some warnings that need to be mentioned about the backstory of the mmc as the reader figures out why he is the way he is.The fmc was interesting on the way she stood her ground right to the end of the book, she was determined and never weak even when it came to her job and the fact that she might not be able to work in the industry again.The couple are beautiful written together that I do wish there were extra private scenes (if you know what i mean) *wink*

I liked this sexy fun tale, but it really strains credulity. Which is unsurprising given it’s a billionaire romcom, but there you go. What would make it even better for me would be a slightly less extremely terrible back story for the hero, you know? It can be bad-ish and still explain an aversion to romantic love. However, love conquered all!!

I stumbled across my first Kyra Parsi novel today and I am HOOKED! I want to share this RomCom phenom with everyone, because no one should miss out on experiencing her mastery of romance novels, seriously! The characters were ALL well introduced and 3D for readers within the first few pages. The storylines that were introduced will be the main characters in the very next book I read! The story had me in hiccups with laughter, and so descriptive of the sad parts that I ugly cried for too long. Going for another of her books now! You have to read this genius work!

It had a really fun & compelling storyline with funny moments and dialogue, but then seamlessly interwove moments that revealed great depth and feeling to the characters. And wowee the SMUT. This was a great rom-com, highly recommend. FMC was clever, vulnerable, communicativeâ¦MMC was a dick in a fun way with so many hidden layers! A classic enemies to lovers, but really impressively executed super believably despite it being a billionaire romance (which are inherently pure escapism pseudo-fantasy romance IMO)
