New Keyboard didn’t work. Support unhelpful.
Brand new keyboard and the left shift key doesn’t work. Replace the switch with working ones and still didn’t work. Support not helpful at all. Responsive though. Returning, however gotta pay for shipping

Fantastic keyboard
Have pretty much stuck with Ducky for all my mechanical keyboard purchases. These new MX2A brown switches feel great, always been a brown switch user, and I like the assortment of bright orange alternate key cap alternatives included.

Immpressed
This replaced my old Logitech G413. Thought I would like the MX Brown switches as the RomerG switches on the Logitech were supposedly based on Cherry MX Browns, but quickly swapped them for Gateron Pro Yellows and am quite happy with the yellows. Had an issue with the RGB not cycling through all the options that were supposed to be available, but turns out it was due to Win11 settings, Ducky support responded to my email on the issue within 24 hours. RGB works well, easy to customize colors. Layout is perfect for office work where you require a number pad. Overall, I’m quite happy with this keyboard after the switch change, and figuring out the issue with Win11 and the RGB, just may have selected a different switch originally if I had done a little more homework.
