Too much “word salad” before you get to the actual exercises. But these often have unclear instructions which don’t match the poor quality illustrations. Some of the exercises seem to me to be unsuitable and maybe dangerous for the elderly.

Good Exercises for Seniors
This book appears to be very helpful for seniors and others with mobility and health challenges in order to gain control of their life again. I have done some of the exercises, and most seem gentle and easy to do. The author does a good job of explaining in simple terms the need for regular exercise for seniors, the benefits of chair exercise for the elderly, gives a 28 day exercise plan for seniors and pictures to aid in understanding the implementation of each exercise, meditation tips, plus nutrition information. This is an easy-to-follow workout for participants who cannot easily get up from the floor. It works all areas of your body with a 28-day plan and extra exercises you can add or substitute as needed. Good illustrations and descriptions for each exercise are included. The book even covers the benefits of regular exercise and nutritional tips to maximize results.
