Gage Calaway has run the Calaway Report with the help of Sydney for three years. But his obsessive behavior and the need for perfection make him hard to work with.

She leaves the paper and a confused Gage the next day after she confesses how she really feels about him.

Gage knows better than anyone that he needs Sydney both at the paper and with his campaign. But he’s not quite ready to admit it to her. Besides, she wants love, marriage, and a family.
