The performance is stable, and the output voltage accuracy is high, ensuring reliable operation of circuits. I tested it with a multimeter, and the readings were accurate and consistent.The wiring is simple, and even beginners can easily use it. Adjusting the voltage is straightforwardï¼just turn the potentiometer to set the desired output. Not capable of stable 40V input.
Tried several of these with a 36v source and they would randomly shut off. Upon further review i see the Schottky diode is rated for 40v which according to the lm2596 datasheet, would limit input voltage to 32 volts. Seems to work ok with lower source voltages, just not the 40v advertised.
