Good for several weeks
I like this type of towel for around the kitchen.PROS:– They are ultra-soft and do a good job drying dishes.– They launder well. I can soak them clean in hot water, soap and a bit of vinegar to freshen them.– The are not too thick and not too thin.– They last for several weeks and, depending on use, they might last at least 2 months.– Once they get too worn out for using on dishes, I use them as cleaning rags until I toss them out.CONS:– They don’t actually wear out; they just become too smelly or slimy-feeling when wet to continue using on dishes/in the kitchen– Once they do get too smelly or slimy-feeling, there isnt’ much to do but replace them. Laundering them at this point only lasts for about a day.Overall, I like these and will continue to use them unless I find something better.
