The one that I received was total junk! Tried sticking it to the headset and it completely caved in/bent (I wasn’t pushing hard) and became unusable. The sticky part is also not sticky at all. Requested return immediately.

I have worked in offices for over 42 years. I recently “came out of retirement” and started working at a business for tax season this year. None of their phones had a shoulder rest, so I purchased this one for my own use there, and now everyone wants one!! Nice product and great price!!

Best purchase! This has made my job soooo much better. I had a lot of issues with my neck resting the phone on my shoulder while I typed and this attachment gives me so much more comfort and my neck feels ten times better!!! Highly recommend for anyone working with a phone and at the keyboard all day

Good for the price
I have two of these. The first one is on my work phone and Iâve had it for three years. I didnât have an issue putting it on the phone since itâs just a peel and stick. The second one is the same but for some reason I be d issues getting it to stick. It may be the phone itself since my work from home phone is flatter. Itâs very comfy to use while waiting on hold. I only have it for stars for value of money because again the adhesive backing can be iffy if the phone is a flatter type phone but overall Iâd buy it again.

Great device for using phone while typing, etc.
The pad itself is great and used a previous type for many years. I type (for note taking) while on phone at work. This keeps from experiencing pain in neck/shoulder when using phone. You can rest phone receiver on your shoulder while typing or writing. The only drawback is the adhesive that came with it. Didn’t work and kept peeling off. I purchased another adhesive, but ended up using epoxy to keep the adhesive from pulling away from this device.

Works great and is very comfortable. It has a perfect cut out for your trapezius. For a staggering $10.â°â°, its a steal. People that complain regarding its characteristics, probably just want someone to hold the handset to their head for them.
