Small town, feel good, sweet romance!
Rachel never expected to be a divorcee but that’s just how life worked out. With her newfound freedom, she rents a summer cottage in Moonshire Bay.
So what was Rachel expecting from her small town summer? Definitely not love.
Evan Harris moved to Moonshire Bay to be left alone and forget his past. Buying the local bar and having a few close friends is all he needs. He was never expecting a summer tourist to catch his eye.
What happens when Rachel and Evan forget their expectations and let love in? Well, this just might be the best summer ever for them both.
The Moonshire Bay series is small town, sweet romance at its best – Hallmark-style with a HEA. Each story is connected but can be read as a standalone.

This was a lovely little story of two people who hadnât expected to be single at this time in their life. When they meet they have things to work through and understand about each other. Iâm looking forward to the next one in the series.

A sweet âshort, but romance story
Enjoyed the read , wish it as longer. A little more intrigue would have been nice! But it was clean.

Absolutely loved it!!!
A short but wonderful read. Short reads are actually my favorite. I loved the characters, the settings and the ending! Reading this book made me smile!

Wonderful story!
I read this book under a different title and it was really good! This is about Rachel finding how to live her new, unexpected single life in Moonshire Bay. The story is clean, with mature subjects and how to handle them gracefully. She does not expect to fall for the small town guy who wants to be alone. Great story!!

Second chances
Small Town Summer by Laina TurnerWonderful beach love story to read while sunbathing at the beach. Quick 2hour read to brighten your day like the sun beating on your face. After a tragic accident, Evan thought he would live the rest of his life alone, feeling that he didn’t deserve love and happiness. Boy was he wrong when a beautiful girl walked into town.Hope you decide to read this and love it as much as I did.

Heartwarming romance
A heartwarming second chance romance novella. This book has another title “Finding Rachael” which is the book I received for free from the author. I found the story enjoyable and it was a quick read.I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Okay!
Nice story implying that we meet the people we’re supposed to engage with at the appropriate time. Not overly emotional.
