Top notch buy
Have been using the NY Times cooking section for years so not so sure I would need a book. However, the book has proven to be a true success. Love the photographs and so far the recipes look exciting. Happy for the purchase.

Variety of meals
This cook book is nice however requires custom spices that I normally purchase. If you like Asian meals and have items like sesame oil and spices it may work for you. I do not normally carry different spices for Asia or Indian dining. Can become pricey fir one recipe.

Book is good – packing is not
We really like the recipes in this book – they are mostly easy and all interesting and tasty. What we donât like is the poor packaging (no plastic) so the book arrives dog eared on both the front and back covers.

This is a cookbook to USE- not just read.
This cookbook ticks all the boxes. The writing is clear. The photography is beautiful. The recipes all sound mouthwatering. But where this book really shines is in the simplicity of the preparation of the meals. Tonight – page 128 – sheet-pan salmon and broccoli with sesame and ginger – thatâs dinner. Itâs going to take all of 20 minutes to prepare. Thanks Emily.

This was recommended to me by a friend. They are a multitude of truly easy week night meals for all types of eaters. It is organized so you can pick out ones that take the least amount of time if time is the challenge. We have tried many since purchasing and the recipes contain easy to purchase ingredients (if you don’t already have it) and easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended for the person who needs inspiration, short on time but wants good tasting meals.
