honestly when i tell you this product is an actual lifesaver and its actually lasted quite a while considering i’ve bought this size. i dint want it to finish at alllll !! This product was honestly perfect for me as it transformed my lips from being dry to always being moisturized when i apply it. It works like magic and if you want a honest answer from me i think its worth buying if you want those soft moisturized lips 😉

Moisturizing lip balm, perfect for everyday use
This lip balm has become my go-to for keeping my lips soft and hydrated! It glides on smoothly and has a light, pleasant scent that isnât overpowering. I love how it doesnât feel sticky or heavy, making it easy to wear alone or under lipstick. It provides lasting moisture, but I do find myself reapplying after a few hours, especially in colder weather. My only small complaint is that it runs out quickly if used daily. Overall, itâs a reliable lip balm that feels great and keeps my lips looking healthy!

The only product that really seems to help.
The skin on my lips is a bit delicate and dries out very easily. Add to that I live in an arid climate which only exacerbates the problem. When I feel any tough or dead skin on my lips I have the nervous habit of using my teeth to nip at it, which only makes it thicker and more callous. I then use paraben-based lip products to try to heal and soften the skin- but it only covers the thick skin. Then when the paraben wears off the skin is a bit softer and more willing to come off, and again I nip at the edges trying to remove the dead skin. This becomes a vicious cycle and has been something of a problem. People would catch me nipping at my lips and wonder what the heck I was doing! So I. Tried HARD to resist the urge to nip in front of people or to hide it. Then that inevitable moment when you go too far and break the skin or a crack starts. UGH!!I even tried various exfoliants to remove this skin, but the nervous habit remained. I went so far as to use my coffee grinds with honey to exfoliate, then immediately moisturize and try to seal the skin. I even resorted to experimenting with different hand lotions AND THEN lip balm after exfoliating. This has helped, but it’s also rough on my lips and is a lot of work to do. I have to do this 2-3 times a day to just maintain having not-quite cracked lips! I needed this to stop! So I tried to just outright break the habit of nipping at it and just keep them treated and late them just HEAL. I was doing pretty well for like five days, but any time I would get nervous or feel dead skin… it’s like a nervous tick. I do it without thinking and catch myself. But the damage was done. Then again with exfoliating and moisturizing. The vicious cycle continued.So I set out to really do some research, and this product consistently came up as a solution. Well, I’ve only been using it for two days now, and my lips are 75% better. Any time I feel the need to nip I just apply this. I’ve only exfoliated twice in two days now. Every time I go to nip I find there’s virtually nothing to nip at! My lips are not fully healed yet, but I think that they will be within a few more days. They’re finally soft again. The tough skin is nearly all gone! This stuff seems to both penetrate and protect the surface. It’s quickly getting to a point that I no longer have to think about my lips. If I feel the urge to nip I just apply this and pretty much forget about it and move on with my day.Hopefully this helps someone else. It’s weird to be sort of excited something so trivial, but sometimes it’s the small victories!I just hope they never change and ruin the working formula like so many companies do!

I loveee everything aquaphor so I am probably unbiased. It is non sticky, hydrating, glossy, and cost effective. I donât leave the house without it. The size is also perfect for your purse, car, back pack. It is my holy grail skin care product and I use it daily. My husband also uses it to relieve chapped lips. My go to cheap lip remedy: using water to wet lips, apply light moisturizer, hyaluronic acid serum, and then this Aquaphor lip balm. Will heal chapped lips overnight!

FINALLY: Moisturize AND Protect!!!
(I paid for this item) I have extremely dry lips and skin in general, as well as multiple medications that cause dry mouth. No matter how much I hydrate, my body is fighting against me in this situation! I have tried so many individual active ingredients and nearly every lip product available. This is the ONLY one after years of searching for my “holy grail” everyday lip maintenance product that BOTH MOISTURIZES AND PROTECTS!What I mean by that is that it both serves to moisturize my lips AND KEEP them moisturized. Most of these balms available focus only on moisturizing which in my experience makes the issue worse. I swear it’s like my lips get used to needing more frequent applications. With this lip repair ointment, my lips don’t immediately suck up every bit of the moisture. I’m not forced to re-apply every 30-60 mins. It lasts a good while, and MOST IMPORTANTLY keeps my lips from drying out between applications!If you have VERY dry lips, a lip balm/ointment is effectively USELESS for “maintaining hydration” if ALL its doing is “hydrating”! It HAS to also “SEAL” that moisture in. Think of it like not just watering a plant or misting a reptile enclosure, but also properly maintaining the environmental humidity.For my needs, I’ll be sticking to the “ointment” version (not the balm version). It’s wonderfully thick, but not greasy. No white/yellow tint, no offensive smell! Plus they make an SPF version so I’m hooked for life! Aquaphor, please never discontinued your Lip Repair line!!!
